JOB SUMMARY

The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding Aries Building System market presence across the US. Specially, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for pursuing modular construction projects to further growth our business. A qualified candidate will require exceptional business development skills, good industry connections and an understanding of Off-site Modular Construction.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify potential business opportunities, trends, and competitive opportunities for modular projects
  • Proactively seek out and engage with potential clients to drive business growth and establish a strong market presence in different market segments
  • Maintain superior relationship with current clients to ensure uncompromising customer satisfaction
  • Expand current customers’ use of services while strengthening our relationship with key players and team
  • Prospect for potential new clients and establish a pipeline of new opportunities for client
  • Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging existing networks; Identify potential clients and their service needs, and seek appropriate decision makers within the potential client organizations
  • Work with the Aries leadership team to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
  • Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and establish a strong professional network
  • Update the CRM database with new leads, project information, meeting reports and client contact databaseAbility to quickly develop a deep understanding of the business to enable effective operating decision-making

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 5 years experience in a sales or business development role
  • A business minded person with a drive for developing and growing
  • Demonstrable skills in prospecting and developing a pursuit strategy, negotiation, execution, and bottom-line contribution
  • Good awareness of the construction industry in terms of process, permitting, contracts, schedules, budgets, planning, etc.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Ability to work independently

JOB SUMMARY

The Regional Sales Manager’s primary responsibility is to manage a team of sales representatives, supporting and leading them to drive positive business results. In addition, the Regional Sales Manager will partner with our internal business leaders to successfully implement best practices for our sales team and promote growth of our business.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide effective sales leadership and management to the East Region
  • Coach and mentor sales and administration teams on a day-to-day basis
  • Ensure Aries standards are meet both internally within our organization and with clients
  • Drive new and existing sales business within the Region to promote continued growth of the overall business
  • Partner with Human Resources to provide overall leadership, direction and support to the East Region

The Service Technician is responsible for partnering with the District and/or Branch Manager to maintain ARIES fleet of assets. Primary role is to increase asset readiness and ensure ARIES quality and safety standard are adhered to.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  •   Complete physical inventory of assets at all assigned storage facilities.
  • Perform complete and accurate inbound and outbound inspection reports on all company assets assigned to branch.
  • Perform asset make-ready and repairs in accordance with company policy.
  • Work with internal and external customer on service requests and make necessary repairs and or corrections to ensure an excellent customer experience.

The primary function of the Territory Manager is to generate revenue, by forecasting business and market needs, formulating and implementing sales strategy, achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The Territory Manager is to maximize sales within assigned territory and market segments, work with established customers and locate and establish new accounts. The position requires travel to attend conferences, conduct presentations, and participate in direct customer sales calls.
