Customizations That Tailor to Your Existing Campus

Additions to match your existing campus made easy with Aries. We specialize in exterior and interior customizations to meet your visual requirements. View our past campus additions, showcasing brick and masonry stucco, cedar roof planking, color-coordinated R panels, and metal siding.

Aries installed 3 modular complexes on a below grade engineered concrete foundation. The modules serve as the schools’ Administration and Library space, Pre-K Classrooms and Music rooms. As new construction is the first thing visitors will notice upon arrival, consistency between existing and new construction was critical to the design and functionality of the spaces to meet the growing needs of the student body.

The campus addition exterior consists of a turnkey solution, including site design using brick masonry and stucco, on site-built metal roofs and store front windows/doors. On the exterior Aries installed flatwork, a galvanized metal canopy system over walkways and an architecturally designed steel portico with cedar roof planking covering the front entrance. The interior was designed to withstand heavy use and consists of on-site installed kinetic carpet, tape/textured walls, elevated ceilings, accent walls and custom cabinetry. The finished structures offer a visual contrast of elevations across the modular to set it apart from the existing brick and mortar.

Aries installed modular classrooms as a campus addition, to accommodate the ever-growing student population of this charter school. The project consisted of both site built and permanent modular construction buildings. The school was designed to have an open courtyard area for further campus activity, which Aries achieved by reducing the size of two sections/units of the modular building. This project was pit set to provide the look and feel of an on-grade site building, and parapet walls were designed and installed, on site, to provide elevation that mirrored the site-built buildings.

Modular building application ensured that the school opened on time and allowed the school to be operational with ongoing construction. The application also expedited classroom occupancy and assisted in keeping the project within the specified budget.
