JOB SUMMARY
The Branch Operations Manager of the DFW Region (located in Cleburne, TX) will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day branch operations, driving growth, ensuring high standards of customer service, and managing a team dedicated to delivering modular leasing solutions. This role involves managing all aspects of branch performance, from operations to sales support, asset management, and budget control, to achieve business objectives aligned with Aries Building Systems’ mission to provide innovative and flexible modular building solutions.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Branch Operations Management
- Oversee all branch operations, ensuring efficient, safe, and compliant processes.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to meet branch performance targets.
- Coordinate logistics, inventory, asset allocation, and maintenance schedules to optimize asset utilization and turnover.
- Ensure branch compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Team Leadership and Development
- Lead, train, and mentor a team, promoting a culture of high performance, accountability, and teamwork.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide coaching, and address performance gaps.
- Collaborate with Human Resources to recruit and retain talent, fostering a positive and growth-oriented work environment.
Sales and Customer Service Support
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and develop tailored modular solutions.
- Manage customer service standards to ensure a positive client experience throughout the leasing process.
- Oversee pricing, quoting, and contract management for leasing and sale of modular units.
Financial and Budget Management
- Prepare, monitor, and control branch budgets and financial forecasts.
- Drive operational cost efficiencies while maximizing revenue-generating opportunities.
- Manage branch P&L to ensure financial performance meets or exceeds business objectives.
Asset and Inventory Management
- Supervise inventory control for modular buildings and materials, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
- Coordinate with logistics to streamline asset movements and availability for customers.
- Manage maintenance and quality control processes to maintain assets in excellent condition, meeting customer expectations.
Safety and Compliance
- Ensure branch operations comply with Aries Building Systems’ safety policies and all applicable regulations.
- Conduct regular safety training sessions and audits to promote a safe work environment.
- Implement corrective actions promptly to address safety concerns or incidents.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience leasing or related industries environment.
- 5+ years of experience in branch management or operations, preferably within modular
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
- Strong knowledge of logistics, asset management, and operations in a fast-paced
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Demonstrated success in budget management and financial performance accountability.
- Ability to travel locally to meet client and operational needs as required.
