Now, let’s take a minute to actually meet Traci. Traci’s role is to generate revenue by leasing and selling mobile office trailers, constantly working to increase the market share of Aries Buildings. She manages customer accounts and maintains strong vendor relationships to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, Prater supports her team in achieving collective goals, contributing to the company’s overall success.
Fun Fact: In 2018, Traci began her journey at the Atlanta branch as Aries’ only employee. With that said, 2024 marks Traci’s sixth year working at Aries!

Where did you work prior to Aries; was it in the same industry or something totally different?
I was at Acton Mobile for 8 years until they were purchased by a competitor in 2017.
When you’re not at work, what would we find you doing?
Working on or planning home improvement projects with my husband; tending to my chickens and our small herd of pets or in full blown nerd mode, learning everything I can about best practices and companion planting for my very large organic vegetable garden.
Tell us about your family, and children, if any?
My husband and I have 4 children, plus a few extra we’ve helped raise throughout the years. We currently have 5 grandchildren but our youngest two children are getting married over the next year – so we are excitedly expecting that number to grow.
What would “your perfect day” consist of?
Wherever my husband and family are is my favorite place to be. The “what” part is irrelevant.
What’s your favorite part about working for Aries so far?
The work-life balance that working for Aries offers has been invaluable to me. I also have a great appreciation for the relationships and friendships that have been cultivated throughout the company during my time here.

Our leadership team, work culture and above par product and service to our customers.
What do you hope to bring to Aries in terms of leadership and company culture?
To always support my team in pursuit of the company’s objectives while making sure the customers are taken care of and having some fun along the way.
If you weren’t working for Aries, what job would you probably have?
Ha! I would probably have a home full of abandoned children and animals, that seems to be a recurring life theme.
