- Your formal title at Aries: Territory Sales Manager
- Your job duties & responsibilities: Business Development, Customer Service, Fleet management and further development of customer rlationships for Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, Nebraska and Colorado.
- How long have you been at Aries? 6 Weeks
- Where did you work prior to Aries; was it in the same industry or something totally different?
I started with GE Capital Modular Space March 23 rd of 1993, two weeks prior to my first daughter being born. I started with Aries on that same daughter’s birthday, 27 years later. Through several mergers and acquisitions, I ended up with Willscot. I spent nearly all of that time in sales but actually started as a branch manager. That time spent as a branch manager helped me learn what customers really expect from a modular provider.
- When you’re not at work, what would we find you doing? Spending time with my family, working around the house and on my mustang project.
- Hometown? Dunbar, Nebraska, but have now spent 35 years in Missouri. I wear red during football season on Saturday AND Sunday.
- Family, children? I have been married to my wife Shauna for 32 years. We have two daughters, Shelby Schisler of Orlando Florida and Taylor Pieper of Kansas City, Missouri.
- What would “your perfect day” consist of? A good cup of coffee , closing a deal, DJIA up 200 and a long drive in my mustang with my wife. Spend the evening at a small venue with live music.
- What’s your favorite part about working for Aries so far? Simply stated the people. Everyone has been very helpful.
- What sets Aries apart from other companies that deliver the exact same things? Leadership, knowledge, experience and desire to provide a high level of customer service.
- What do you hope to bring to Aries in terms of leadership and company culture? The ability to think “outside the box” and uncover additional opportunities within every deal.
- If you weren’t working for Aries, what job would you probably have? Operating my own small construction company.
- What do you think the future holds for Aries?
Consolidation within the market has created large gaps in customer needs and service. We are perfectly positioned to capitalize on that demand.
- Is there anything we didn’t bring up that you’d like to talk about? The relationships we develop with customers today hold the key to our future.
