With over seven and a half years of dedicated service at Aries, Ash plays a vital role in addressing customer needs and ensuring that clients are steered toward the best modular building products and services. Over the years, Ash has worked on large-scale modular projects for high-profile companies in the space and rocket industry, all while embracing a humble approach of truly listening to customers.
A Tampa native, he enjoys spending time with his wife of 38 years, their three children, and ten grandchildren. His leadership, shaped by a strong military background, along with his passion for continued growth and learning, makes him an invaluable member of the Aries team.

I have been at Aries for 7.5 years.
When you’re not at work, what would we find you doing?
Antiquing, hunting, fishing, and spending time with family.
Tell us about your family, and children, if any?
I am blessed to have been married to Marcela Mote for 38 wonderful years. I’m lucky to have 2 beautiful daughter’s Gianni and Catherine and our son, Joshua. They have brought us much love… not to mention 10 grandchildren!
What would “your perfect day” consist of?
It is always perfect “with a strategy”, where I continue to grow and learn!
What’s your favorite part about working for Aries so far?
Such great leadership and my peers make it a great work atmosphere.

If you weren’t working for Aries, what job would you probably have?
I would go back into the Mortuary industry.
