Aries’ Largest Camp To Date In Orla, Texas
Aries Residence Suites’ largest facility is just outside of Orla, Texas – a small town in the heart of the West Texas oil boom!
We used this land to build the ‘Aries Orla Lodge’, a workforce housing site, which will include ‘lodges’ and ‘cottages’.
The site is 6 miles north of Orla, approximately 15 miles from the New Mexico border, and approximately 30 miles from Pecos, TX making it very accessible. The lodge is split into two sections with one area built as a camp and the other section built as a cabin/cottage area.

Why Orla?
- Customers asked, we delivered: A part of growth is to continue to build and develop relationships with not only new but existing customers. Along with internal research and analysis our customers were asking for an additional housing option in the Permian Basin and thus Orla was born.
- What makes the Permian Basin so attractive? The region has always had enormous reserves, comparable to countries in the Middle East. But in the last few years, technologies such as horizontal drilling and fracking have allowed companies to reach areas deep underground that were previously inaccessible.
- Provide our customers a centralized location to various job sites hoping to help minimize required drive time to the job site. Safety is a key priority. Aries hopes to provide a housing facility that will cut down on drive times and allow oilfield workers a convenient and comfortable off work environment
