Nabors Drilling owns and operates the world’s largest land-based drilling rig fleet, and is a leading provider of offshore platform workover and drilling rigs in the U.S and multiple international markets. A longtime client of Aries’ workforce housing branch, Nabors has relied on Aries to meet their workforce housing needs in Karnes City in South Texas since early 2015.
In mid-November 2018, Nabors inquired about the commercial leasing side of Aries, with a problem that needed a solution – and fast. Nabors was in a pinch, needing a temporary office space in Odessa, TX with no time to waste.
They were quickly referred to account manager Bryan Wilkerson, who specializes in meeting complex customer needs with simple, comprehensive solutions. A relocatable modular office complex was the answer, and Aries had a 36’ x 64’ unit that was perfect for the job.
Nabor preferred the use of a complex as opposed to standard temporary office trailers, as the complex was able to keep all their employees under the same roof for comfort and convenience, whereas other modular building leasing companies are unable to provide a similar solution.
Most impressive of all, the entire project was turned around in less than 30 days. In under a month, Aries had finalized a contract with Nabors, ordered the necessary equipment, and installed a fully operational office – a story of outstanding teamwork and the power of the Aries turnkey advantage!
