JOB SUMMARY
The successful candidate will have excellent phone communication skills, the ability to work remotely making cold calls for several hours daily. There will be face to face visit follow-up requiring regional travel.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lease and sell storage products, ground level offices, mobile offices, modular buildings, and ancillary products
- Develop and build profitable, long-term customer relationships
- Sales activities: prospecting, value selling, and closing
- New customer acquisition and lead generation
- Outside Sales Calls
- Respond timely to client inquiries.
- Solicit new opportunities via direct sales calls.
- Track and monitor opportunities and transactions.

- Must have superior marketing skills
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to quickly develop a deep understanding of the business to enable effective operating decision-making Strong selling skills
