Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development

Qualifications
Required
- 5–8+ years of sales experience, with at least 2–4 years in a leadership or management role.

- Strong understanding of both fleet rental products and custom modular project sales.

This role focuses on permanent or semi-permanent modular construction projects across commercial, industrial, and educational sectors. The ideal candidate is a strategic, consultative salesperson with strong technical aptitude and experience managing long sales cycles, multi-stakeholder coordination, and high-value proposals.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales & Territory Management
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow market share within the assigned territory.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for larger scale/custom modular projects—including commercial buildings, educational facilities, medical spaces, and specialty space solutions.
