JOB SUMMARY

The Service Technician is responsible for partnering with the District and/or Branch Manager to maintain ARIES fleet of assets. Primary role is to increase asset readiness and ensure ARIES quality and safety standard are adhered to.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  •   Complete physical inventory of assets at all assigned storage facilities.
  • Perform complete and accurate inbound and outbound inspection reports on all company assets assigned to branch.
  • Perform asset make-ready and repairs in accordance with company policy.
  • Work with internal and external customer on service requests and make necessary repairs and or corrections to ensure an excellent customer experience.
  • Complete work at ARIES facility and onsite at client locations.
  • Document and load data on repairs, modifications and service calls in company system.
  • Maintain a safety-first work environment at all times.
  • Take photos as necessary in accordance with company policy.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Ensure all Company policies are adhered to.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to perform general carpentry and building maintenance tasks.
  • Ability to work in all climates.
  • Ability to operate hand tools.
  • Ability to lift 125 pounds.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective planning and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of modular building industry helpful.
  • Knowledge of Construction required.
  • Requires oral communication and interpersonal skills to effectively deal with customers, coworkers and vendors.
  • Requires organizational skills to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Requires problem solving skills to solve varied problems.
  • Ability to prioritize task and self-manage.
  • Consistently provide excellence in customer service.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Five plus years’ experience in construction.
  • Stable work history.
  • Creative problem-solving and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
